When I first started working out with Brian at KH Fitness almost 2 1/2 years ago, I weighed 25 pounds more than I do now. Brian stressed from day one the importance of eating right in order to lose the weight and add muscle. I did not want to believe him when he said that success depended on 80% proper eating and 20% exercise. Well, six months (and countless lectures) into my program with him, I still had not lost any weight or body fat. Brian told me about you and the meals you were preparing on the week-ends from your house. I tried a few, and found that I liked them very much. Still, it took a few more months before I got really serious about the eating. But when I did, the weight started coming off, and all that muscle I had been working so hard to add, actually started to show. Imagine that, Brian was right??!! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you and Culinary Crossroad's. Not only did your food help me lose the weight, but it is now helping me keep it off. Because you have such a great variety of meals to choose from, I do not believe I will ever get bored. It seems like every few weeks you come up with some great dish that instantly becomes my new favorite. I love that you have all the protein, carb and fat ratios figured out, so I do not have to think about it. I just know that whatever I get not only tastes good, but is also healthy. Please keep doing what you do.

I am one of the lucky ones
who has been eating Diana's healthy and tasty food since before she even had the store and it has done several important things for me:
1) Keeps me from getting bored with, and sick from, the food I try to cook. Diana's is sooo much better.
2) Diana's food is the only "fast food" I eat now. By "fast" I mean from the freezer to the microwave and in a few minutes I'm chowing down! I keep plenty of my favorites in the freezer and I would rather have them than a burger and fries, pizza, etc., any day. I don't even crave the food I used to crave, and the few times I have tried eating that food it didn't even taste good (well, there was this one little chocolate snocone, but I was so ashamed).
3) KEEPS MY KITCHEN CLEAN!!!!!
4) I continue to learn things from Diana (like peanut butter comes in a low fat powder? Life is good!)
5) Diana's smiling face always brightens my day when I see her and attitude is everything in weight loss and general health improvement. She is like our very own healthy eating cheerleader. She makes eating healthy fun and delicious!

I first met Diana in November, 2010. She is an amazing cook with your health in mind. I enjoy all of her food and her as my new friend. I started Weight Watchers in August, 2010 and have lost over 25 pounds putting me very close to where I want to be, weight wise. Diana and her team have made this phase of my life easy to stay on track with all their "healthy food options"

I can't tell you guys how much your whole concept has helped change my life! I'm eating better, but I have time for my family as well. I love the food and the choices. I tell everyone who will stop long enough about your food. I don't feel cheated the way diet food sometimes makes you feel. I've lost three pounds this week since I started adding cardio and weights to my routine and I feel great! Thanks again for your part in my new lifestyle changes.
